Hello everyone, my online nickname is LetITFly, and my English name is Tom. I'm an international student from China, and I am interested in computers since I was very young.
Although I haven't learned anything about programming before I went to SBU, I have positively influenced a lot of people who are online and interested in Android, an operating system of mobile phones. I created an online forum called LetITFly BBS 4 years ago(on June 6, 2016), and the purpose of the forum is to make Android phones smooth and useful. At first, I posted a lot of tutorial essays about Android. Then, sometimes other people also post their ideas and opinions on the forum. In China, a famous technology media called SSPAI wrote an essay to recommend my website on April 9, 2018. According to the analytics data on Google Analytics last month(May 2020), there are about 12000 users who use my online forum per month, although I did not update some new technology information regularly since I am studying at SBU.
And I also have positively influenced some classmates during this and last semester(Spring 2020 & Fall 2019). I often met some classmates on weekdays after class or on weekends. We all were in the CSE101 course and we often discuss technology issues such as Python and Java.
I will continue to improve my knowledge and ability and try my best to positively influence other people in what I am good at.
